Harumoto Akira, a talented high school music student, descends into the violent world of Japanese speed tribes thanks to his obsession with Otoguro Yugou, the manipulative and enigmatic leader of the tribe, Red Kreuz. Note: "Kreuz" is the German word for "cross".
