Tetsunoshin Kataiwa is a cool old man who is the mayor of Pon Pon village, a small village in the countryside by the sea. He protects his village using his Suzuki Jimny, a vehicle he nicknamed "Pochi". One day, he tracks a man because he passed through the village and threw a juice can out his car.
